Guardianship Services

A petition must be filed with the corresponding court system. If you would like to or have already nominated ATS Guardianship Services, Inc. on a petition, please use the referral form and send via email or fax. Please also attach a notice of hearing to the referral form if possible.

Conservatorship Services

We assist our client with the marshaling of assets for their care and savings needs.

Representative Payee Services

We do not need to be an official guardian or conservator to serve as someone’s representative payee for social security administered payments.

Case Management and Coordination of Care

When a person has medical needs that cannot be met by their family, we will coordinate care pertaining to, but not limited to, home care services, insurance benefits, coordination of community mental health treatment, and more.
